Artwork and Printing Agreement 

I                                         reviewed and hereby agree to accept the design(s) attached hereto. As such I/we have agreed to the following:

I understand that I/we are solely responsible for purchasing products at my/our discretion and there is no minimum order(s) required. 

I understand that there is an upfront design and processing fee of $45.00 due and payable at the time of the order. If an actual order is placed this fee will be deducted from the total price.

I further understand that Xpress Yoself Productions is not responsible for any errors or omissions occurring on my/our behalf after I/we approve this agreement. 

I understand that the product(s) will be printed using Digital Printing (Direct to Garment (DTG). 

I understand that Xpress Yoself Productions uses a third-party supplier and printer and is not responsible for printing or shipping any products. 

I understand that Xpress Yoself Productions will replace any products that contain errors caused by Express Yoself Productions at no expense to the customer. 

I understand that upon completion of an order I must make my purchase(s) via www.xpresssyoselfproductions.com

NOTE: A SIGNED PHOTOCOPY OF THIS AGREEMENT IS ACCEPTABLE AND BINDING IF NO DIGITAL SIGNATURE IS AVAILABLE.
